Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Answer the main college telephone number and transfer calls as needed. Field simple questions asked by anyone calling Casper College.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. Customer service oriented attitude
Strong communication and listening skills
Must be able to speak in a professional manner to a variety of people (community, students, and employees)
Collaborative team player
